Pearlessence founded by Josie Baker, a Colorado native and fashion design student at ISU. She wanted to create Pearlessence Skin Studio to curate a space that reflects what she wants to see: creativity, self-expression, and authenticity. While influencing how we perceive and carry ourselves through skin, lash, and brow care.
Josie is a strong, fierce cancer who loves her free time to crochet, knit, enjoy music, spending time with family & friends, and playing her favorite game “I Love Hue”. She also has a cat names “Sybil” and a betta fish named “Iris”.
As a child Josie played in make-up and pretended to be a chemist mixing and matching skincare products. She became a esthetician to help people feel more comfortable and confident in their skin. This profession has impacted Josie so greatly to make everyone feel welcomed in her space.
